  • Prices are listed in PKR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout.

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Payment must be completed before an order is processed and dispatched.
  • We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services once the order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted only if the delivered package is unopened and undamaged, and the return is initiated within 5 days of delivery. Full refunds are issued excluding delivery charges. Bank transfer refunds may take 7–14 business days. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
