We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility for Returns Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The delivered package is unopened (original seal intact)
• The package is undamaged/unbroken
• The return request is made within 5 days of delivery

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

Refund Amount Upon successful return and inspection, a full refund will be issued for the product amount. Please note that delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

• Standard refunds are processed promptly upon approval.
• For bank transfers, please allow 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
