1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within Pakistan.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted areas.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days
  • Other cities & remote areas: 4–7 business days
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, even in the case of a return.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through the courier's website.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.
  • Re-shipping fees may apply for returned packages due to customer error.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
  • For lost packages, please reach out to us and we will coordinate with the courier on your behalf.
